Workforce development helps educate and train participants in specific fields ensuring that low income, inexperienced workers have access to jobs that move them up the economic spectrum.

CEED's goal is to work with development partners to offer customized career assessment, education and job-specific training to clients enrolled in our "Skills to Wealth" program, based on their exisitng experience, language level and cultural backgrounds that would equip them with the skills needed to start their own small businesses as well as enter into the employment market fully prepared.
